We provide leased warehouses, shed warehouses, custom bonded warehouses and open warehouses across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Taloja and Kalamboli, along with container stuffing, loading/unloading, delivery & dispatch and ERP-based inventory management.

Yes. We provide special and customised services as per the customer's request and requirement.

Warehousing charges are payable on a weekly, monthly or final delivery basis in per Sq. Mtr. / Sq. Ft. / MT / CBM or on a turnkey basis as per the contract. 30% of the actual occupied area is added for operational space. No outside equipment or labour is allowed inside the warehouse. Service tax and other government levies are extra as applicable. The consignee should ensure all government statutory requirements and dues, and is responsible for any mis-declared material or documents. Any other taxes and duties apply as per government rules and regulations.

Except hazardous goods, all types of goods can be stored in our warehouses with approved and proper documentation.

Yes. We do grade-identification wise storage and delivery, subject to availability of labelling or marking on the goods.

Yes. Proper authorised documentation is required for storage and delivery without the customer's presence.

Yes. We can provide the required equipment and labour on a chargeable basis.

Yes. Steel cargo weight delivery is available as per international standards.

Yes. Our warehouses are equipped for loading, unloading and delivery & dispatch, supported by professional Mathadi Board labour.

Customer information privacy and secrecy is very important to us. We maintain strict confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Yes. Our compounds are stone-walled and fenced, well guarded, and monitored with CCTV surveillance, with fire fighting systems across key facilities.

No. We use Mathadi Labour Board approved contract labour, and there are no issues with locals.
